There is also the element of stock cover i.e. food and drinks, toys, beach goods etc. usually not a high amount, but still handy to have covered just in case the place burns down or is flooded.
You then have buildings insurance to take care of if you own the property/porter cabin outright, sometimes a bit tricky as location is so close to the sea, but underwrites do cover for the right premium, including tenants improvements.
Also essential is business interruption, just in-case something bad does happen to the premises, if you can’t trade and you are losing money, with this in place there is potential to claim.
