insurance wording

Using an insurance broker for clients is the preference to many clients up and down the country; with the benefit of human interaction oppose to comparison sites, call centres and automated renewals.

General feedback we receive is that clients prefer to speak to someone before having their money taken from them! Any questions or queries they may have about their policy or coverage cannot be answered immediately with any of the aforementioned, and sitting on hold to a switchboard or waiting weeks for an email reply does not necessarily feel like money well spent on a service. Being a landlord with a property within the vicinity of a collage or a university can be a real gold mine, and makes sense to utilise the space available, by letting the property as a HMO, bedsits or as a multi-tenancy agreement.

Scaffolding on building

Starting your own business as a scaffold erector or scaffold contractor is more strenuous and expensive than other trades.
