Finding the Right Broker

Using an insurance broker for clients is the preference to many clients up and down the country; with the benefit of human interaction oppose to comparison sites, call centres and automated renewals.

General feedback we receive is that clients prefer to speak to someone before having their money taken from them! Any questions or queries they may have about their policy or coverage cannot be answered immediately with any of the aforementioned, and sitting on hold to a switchboard or waiting weeks for an email reply does not necessarily feel like money well spent on a service.

That being said finding the broker can be a difficult decision; do you go by location; size; reputation; or recommendation? (Hopefully the fact you’re reading on our website may sway your decision!)

Personal touch aside; how can you really be sure that a broker is the viable option for your insurance needs, financially?

Well firstly; certain insurance products can only be obtained via an “agent” – in this case, an insurance broker – secondly, and crucially – many insurance providers do not deal with the public direct; and many of your well known, mainstream providers only retail commercial lines products via their intermediary agencies, such as Aviva for example.

So if you’re not using a broker currently, please do give us a try – and if you current do not use a broker but looking for alternative quotations, then again we’d love the opportunity.
